Hello to our lovely paid subscribers! We are so happy you’re here—and more importantly, so grateful for your support.
As promised, here is the first of our monthly, exhaustive lists of queer TV and films either premiering or continuing this month.
New in February
Fitting In (February 2)
What is it about? The story centers around 16-year-old Lindy, who is diagnosed with a rare reproductive condition, MRKH syndrome.
Gay, in what way? The diagnosis disrupts her understanding of womanhood and sexual identity, and leads her to moments of self-discovery. Also, Schitt’s Creek’s Emily Hampshire plays a mom in this, which is kind of camp.
Where to watch? In theaters February 2nd.
Solar Opposites Valentine’s Day Special (February 5)
What is it about? In their first ever Valentine’s Day special, Solar Opposites will demonstrate the catastrophic consequences of removing love from the world.
Gay, in what way? Without giving too much away, it’s the culmination of years of yearning between Korvo and Terry. Bonus! It was written by friend of The Yearning Scott Gallopo <3
Where to watch? Streaming on Hulu.
