New in August
#AMFAD: All My Friends Are Dead (August 2)
What is it about? In this horror/slasher flick, a group of college friends rent an Airbnb for one of the biggest music festivals of the year. A weekend of partying quickly takes a turn, as the group is murdered one by one—each, according to their own deadly sin.
Gay, in what way? Starring none other than JOJO SIWA.
Where to watch? In theaters (apparently?) or stream on VOD.
Sebastian (August 2)
What is it about? Max is a 25 year old aspiring novelist, living in London and paying his dues working at a literary magazine. Frustrated by his ambitions and incomplete manuscript, he begins moonlighting as a sex worker with the pseudonym Sebastian, secretly meeting men and using his experiences to fuel his writing. This experiment turns into something more creatively and emotionally fulfilling. Is his novel finally within reach?
Gay, in what way? Is there anything queerer than having secret gay sex to help you to write your novel?
Where to watch? Rent on VOD.
